We want you to love your garden transformation. If your premium wheelie bin cover isn't quite right, we've made our returns process as simple, reassuring, and professional as possible, so you can shop with total confidence.

Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your bin cover must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. As our covers are high-precision adhesive products, we cannot accept returns once the adhesive backing has been peeled or if the product has been applied to a surface.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please let us know immediately. Items are considered faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing defect becomes apparent within 6 months of purchase. This does not include wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect application.

Fast, Secure Refunds & Easy Returns

We want you to love your floral bin covers as much as we love making them. If your order isn't quite right for any reason, our returns process is designed to be as simple and reassuring as possible for our UK customers. 

To be eligible for a return, the cover must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Since our covers are premium vinyl products, please ensure the adhesive backing remains untouched. For faulty items, we will dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

We process refunds within 5-7 working days of approval. Your refund will be automatically issued back to your original payment method. For changes of mind, return postage is paid by the customer. If you'd like to exchange your design, please contact our friendly UK-based support team.
